The overlap welding of soft and hard copper busbars is generally realized by polymer diffusion welding machine, which has the advantages of simple welding, high school, safety, etc. Of course, when conducting lap welding of soft and hard copper bars, we mainly need to pay attention to the following three points:
1. After welding the soft copper busbar and the hard copper busbar, the surface of the connection between the soft copper busbar and the hard copper busbar should be flat without forming a stepped platform, which can make the appearance of the soft and hard copper bar more beautiful and consistent overall.
2. Irregular copper busbar - Irregular overlap welded soft copper busbar
Most of the existing soft copper busbars are single strip structures, and the cross-section after expansion is mostly a single rectangle, chamfered rectangle, or rounded rectangle. Common soft copper busbars can only connect two electrical components, that is, only two electrical components can be electrically connected.
When the distribution of electrical components is limited by space, it is necessary to use special-shaped copper busbars. Compared to ordinary commonly used soft copper bars, special-shaped copper bars have a cross-section shape that is not square or rectangular, but have various shapes, including "L" type, "T" type, ladder type, and multilateral and polygonal type. When processing special-shaped soft copper bars, the copper foil raw material is generally cut first to obtain the required corresponding shape, which is convenient for subsequent processing to form the desired shape of special-shaped copper busbars.
3. The soft and hard integrated copper busbar is made of soft copper bar and hard copper bar by welding. The installation can be flexible. The part of the soft bar can be bent manually or bent and twisted arbitrarily with the help of a press brake, which can improve the installation speed and practicality of the product.
