Copper braided wire has the characteristics of high conductivity and strong anti fatigue ability, mainly used for non horizontal charged motion and medium and low voltage circuit breakers.
The DC resistivity of copper braided wire (20℃) is not greater than 0.022Ωmm2/m, and the DC resistivity of tin copper braided wire (20℃) is not greater than 0.0234Ωmm2/m. Copper wire soft connectors are used for high and low voltage electrical appliances, vacuum electrical appliances, mining explosion-proof switches, as well as for soft connections in automobiles, locomotives, and related products. Copper braided wire is made by braiding bare copper wire or tinned copper wire using cold pressing method, and can be tinned or silver plated according to user requirements. Mainly used for non horizontal charged motion and medium and low voltage circuit breakers.
Copper braided wire uses copper braided wire as the conductor, with copper pipes at both ends. The surface of the copper pipes is silver plated, and the joint size is produced according to the customer's matching size. After special treatment, it is made into a soft connector, soft grounding, high conductivity, and strong fatigue resistance. It can be produced according to customer requirements.
