Flexible copper busbar of power battery (also known as laminated busbar, laminated copper busbar, composite busbar, composite copper busbar, copper busbar flexible connection, copper foil flexible connection) is a soft conductive device of power battery of new energy vehicles. The space layout of the power battery is very complex, which is composed of multiple lithium batteries in series. In order to increase the range, new energy electric vehicles need a large number of lithium battery combination modules. In order to adapt to different working environments, new energy vehicles mainly use flexible copper bus bars to connect battery modules in series. The flexible copper busbar can prevent the switch or busbar from breaking due to thermal expansion and contraction due to its elasticity and softness; In terms of assembly angle, flexible copper busbar is more flexible and easy to install.
In order to better understand, we have found the following picture of the series solution of high-voltage flexible copper bars in electric vehicle power batteries.
