Why must braided soft copper wire be used for the door wire connecting the power distribution box and the box?

The door line connecting the power distribution box and the box is also called the lifeline, which is to ensure the effective connection between the cabinet door and the cabinet body, so that there is a reliable grounding to prevent people or equipment from being injured in case of electric leakage. Then why must we choose braided soft copper wire for the door crossing wire? This is because the braided soft copper wire can be used as the grounding protection wire between two conductors with relative displacement. The copper core wire can only be used as the grounding protection wire between two relatively fixed conductors.

The braided soft copper jumper wire is made of T2 red copper braided wire or tinned copper braided wire (tinned on the basis of red copper) with copper tube or copper nose at both ends. Small square braided tapes of 4 mm2, 6 mm2 and 10 mm2 are enough for jumper wire. The two ends are made by cold pressing, and different punches and hydraulic presses are used according to the thickness requirements or customer parameter requirements. The function of jumper wire is to eliminate static electricity, prevent static electricity from being eliminated, and prevent static electricity from causing fire, explosion, etc. Chemical equipment is generally made of metal, which is easy to generate static electricity and requires grounding discharge. There are also some pipes conveying flammable and explosive media that need static grounding to prevent accidents.
