Copper foil flexible connectors are generally made by welding high-quality 0.10mm (conventional) T2 copper foils laminations together. The thickness of a single piece can be 0.03mm, 0.05mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, or 0.5mm copper foil according to customer requirements. The size and shape can also be customized according to customer provided drawings.
Copper foil soft connection application: can be used for connecting new energy electric vehicle battery systems, connecting power supply systems in machine rooms, installing transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, vacuum appliances, enclosed female slots, etc. Copper foil soft connector has the advantages of eliminating manufacturing errors, facilitating installation, maintenance, and testing. More importantly, it can eliminate the expansion displacement generated by the generator side and medium voltage side equipment during operation.
