The treatment mothod and process for surface of copper braided busbar

1. Painting the copper braided busbar

This craft is seldom use now.

Process: The busof three-phase AC circuit shall be painted with black, and color code shall be pasted in conspicuous places. Phase A shall be yellow, phase B shall be green, and phase C shall be red. Neutral line or neutral line shall be painted with light blue.Use alternating yellow and green paint for safety grounding cables. If polarity and phase sequence cannot be distinguished, apply white paint.

2. Tin plating on copper braided busbar

Advantages: mature process. short operation cycle, commonly used.

Weakness: surface will be dark after a long time, and can't be manual. Not environmental protection!

Process: surface polishing, oil removal and other pretreatment → pure water washing → plating high Pb-Sn alloy tap water washing → pure water washing → tin plating → tap water spray washing → neutralization (Na2HPO4+Na3PO4)→ tap water spray washing → dip stearic acid → tap water spray washing → hot pure water dip washing → drying.

3. The braided Copper busbar coating protective

Advantages: to maintain the copper braided/stranded busbar primary color, slightly lower than the cost of tin plating.

Disadvantages: Long operation cycle.

Process flow: polishing pre-treatment → pure water washing → pickling passivation workpiece → drying moisture →JLR-510 protection treatment → flowing water cleaning → hot water immersion (about 100℃, to be used for heating workpiece, the purpose of water evaporation or drying) → drying → packaging closed.
