Braided copper flexible wire is also called soft copper braided belt. The braided copper wire is made of oxygen-free copper wire. The diameter of conventional single wire is 0.12mm and 0.15mm, and its cross-sectional area is closely related to specification parameters. For example, the specification parameter of 6 square is 36*10*1/0.15. These numbers represent the number of strands * the number of wires * the diameter of layers/single wire. Therefore, the section of copper braided wire is different for different specifications and parameters.

Bond wire is the main material used in semiconductor packaging, which is the part connecting pins and silicon wafers and conveying electrical signals. Generally, bare copper wire is made of pure copper, and tinned copper wire is coated with tin by hot tinning process on the basis of bare copper wire. The difference between the two can be clearly judged from the color.
