How to calculate the square of section of braided copper wire?
Braided copper flexible wire is also called soft copper braided belt. The braided copper wire is made of oxygen-free copper wire. The diameter of conventional single wire is 0.12mm and 0.15mm, and its cross-sectional area is closely related to specification parameters. For example, the specification parameter of 6 square is 36*10*1/0.15. These numbers represent the number of strands * the number of wires * the diameter of layers/single wire. Therefore, the section of copper braided wire is different for different specifications and parameters.
Copper braided wire models are divided into two kinds of copper (TZ)/tinned copper (TZX). The difference between copper and tinned copper is that copper is bare copper, and tinned copper is tinned on the surface of bare copper, which is more resistant to oxidation than copper, and the conductivity of both is the same.
Performance characteristics: high conductivity, large flow, low resistance
Uses: Often used in electrical equipment, switching appliances, electric furnace, battery, equipment, machinery, automobile, grounding and other industries
