Immersion molding is the core process in the production of copper busbars, which involves immersing preheated copper busbars into PVC melt to form a uniform insulation layer on their surface. It is necessary to strictly control the temperature and time of the immersion solution to ensure the thickness and uniformity of the insulation layer.
The main purpose of curing is to plasticize the copper busbars after immersion in an oven to solidify the insulation layer.
